Infant Program
We believe that all infants and children are individuals that learn at through own pace through daily activities.
Our curriculum is a play-based learning style. Infants spend the majority of their day in a relaxed, safe, and secure environment where they feel comfortable and confident to explore and develop.
Lesson Plans
Our teachers utilize the Wisconsin Model Early Learning Standards and their knowledge of child development to create and individualize their lesson plans. Each lesson plan includes an activity that is planned to help a child meet one of their developmental goals.
Classroom Schedule
Our infant classroom does not have a set schedule and is individualized to each child's needs.
Once they start eating purees or table food, their meal times are loosely based on the center's mealtimes of 8:00 (breakfast), 11:00 (lunch), and 2:00 (snack).
Stepping Stones Child Care provides Parent's Choice Advantage (or another store brand equivalent), jar food purees, and table foods (following or menu with some substitutions).
